These Melodies were written to develop a clear technical and musical path towards the study of the Vivaldi a minor Concerto and Kayser Etudes through the development of skills for left hand pattern discovery, touch, vibrato, and bow strokes. It is with much warmth that I dedicate this book to my former students at the "Conservatoire de Levallois Perret" in France.
